ReUp Hemp Company Shipping Policy

ReUp Hemp Company ships hemp-derived products only where they are legal to sell, receive, and ship. Because hemp and THCA rules can change quickly and may differ by state, county, city, product type, and delivery method, we review destination eligibility before fulfillment.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Orders may be shipped only to destinations where the specific product is permitted under applicable federal, state, and local law. We will not ship THCA products to any state or locality that prohibits, restricts, or does not clearly allow the direct-to-consumer shipment, possession, or sale of that product type. Destination eligibility may change without notice as laws, regulations, enforcement positions, or carrier rules change.
If an order is placed for an ineligible destination, we will cancel and refund the order. ReUp may also cancel or hold any order while we verify eligibility.
Age and Customer Responsibility
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase products from ReUp Hemp Company. By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 21 years old.
- The products you order are legal to receive and possess at your shipping address.
- You will use products only in compliance with applicable laws.
- The shipping address and recipient information you provide are accurate.
We reserve the right to request age or identity verification before processing an order.
Product Compliance
ReUp Hemp Company products are intended to be hemp-derived products and are accompanied by batch-specific third-party laboratory results when available. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided for customer reference and should be reviewed before purchase. Product availability and shipping eligibility are determined by the laws applicable at the time an order is reviewed and fulfilled.
Nothing on our website is a representation that a product is legal in every jurisdiction or for every person. Customers are responsible for understanding the laws that apply to them.
Order Processing and Delivery
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and orders that require additional verification. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, compliance reviews, and other events outside of ReUp’s control may affect delivery timing.
We may require an adult signature or other delivery confirmation where appropriate. ReUp is not responsible for delays, loss, or return of a package caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or a carrier’s inability to deliver.
Order Changes, Cancellations, and Returns
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier, we may be unable to make changes. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Policy Updates
We may update this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in law, product availability, carrier requirements, or our business practices. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase applies to your order.
